Even after having a really crappy week, with being sick and eating not as good as I would have liked, I lost 2 pounds. I am now down to 210. Remember my starting weight? Not sure if I posted it or not, but now I will...I was 225, just 3 weeks ago. It is so exciting to be working down to my first goal, which is under 200...
